Since humans are made up of 70% of water things go very wrong for our health when we don’t have enough of it. Great health is rather simple, which is easy to forget with all the extreme diets and health tips that trend every few months.

Thankfully, I’ve compiled a small list of 10 of the most awesome infused water recipes on the web. If I may, I also suggest making all of your flavored waters with fluoride free or purified water. I prefer using reverse osmosis or distilled water for all of my infused water recipes I create.
